Alucobang operates more than 20 large-scale metal composite panel production lines, equipped with state-of-the-art technology for efficiency and precision.
Spray Coating Workshop
The Alucobang spray coating facility introduces Japan’s advanced “Lanshi” X.Y full-range laser detection automatic electrostatic coating line. It ensures ultra-flatness, zero color difference, and strict cleanliness control — with fewer than 25 air particles per liter above 0.5μm in the spray zone. The entire line is centrally managed by a smart computer system to guarantee precision and efficiency.
Color Coated Aluminum Coil Workshop
As one of the foremost coated aluminum coil manufacturers and suppliers in China, all coated coils are painted by our own coating production lines.
We produce different aluminum coils with various coatings, including PVDF, polyester, brushed, and chromate cleaning finishes.
Equipped with 4 sets of advanced automated coating lines, our coils range from 0.03mm to 2.0mm thick and 800mm to 2300mm wide,
offering unlimited design possibilities.
Aluminum Composite Panel Composite Workshop
Alucobang has 8 large-scale aluminum-plastic composite panel production lines,
including 6 ordinary composite lines, 1 extra-wide composite line,
and 1 two-meter-wide Class A2 composite production line.
The daily composite production capacity can reach up to 30,000 square meters,
ensuring consistent and high-quality supply for global projects.
Aluminum Composite Panel Edge Trimming
Alucobang adopts advanced edge trimming equipment. After the aluminum composite panels (ACPs) are composited, their burrs, flash and uneven edges are trimmed, chamfered, and polished to ensure that each panel has smooth, burr-free edges and meets precision installation requirements.
Finished Aluminum Composite Panel Storage Warehouse
Alucobang is equipped with a 12,000-square-meter dedicated warehouse for storing aluminum composite panels (ACPs). Prior to shipment, all finished ACPs are packaged strictly according to customer requirements and stored in this warehouse.
Fully meeting professional ACP storage standards, the warehouse features a moisture-proof treated floor and a clean, dry, and well-ventilated environment that is kept far away from open flames—ensuring your ACPs remain in flawless condition until ready for delivery.
